Finnøy Gear & Propeller

Finnøy was founded in 1884. From 1902 to 1975 we produced engines with propellers. Our first hydraulic controllable pitch propeller was delivered in 1932. Since 1975 we have specialised in the design and manufacture of gearboxes and controllable pitch propellers. Our product range is reduction gearboxes, controllable pitch propellers, fixed nozzles, steering nozzles and remote controls. We have a continous development programme in propeller systems and our intention is to be a market leader in this field. Finnøy is located in modern production halls with modern production machines to meet the demands the market requires.
